Se actualizó 2021 sin problemas, pero a la hora de arrancarlo da no  arranca.

ippcvm7.dll 
Please províde a path to at least one of them

Como lo resuelvo???

Sorry that Photoshop 2021 is crashing on your computer with an error message "Your application is dynamically linked wíth Intel(R) IPP, No DLL from the líst below is found on the system search path:
ippcvm7.dll".

 

Looks like your CPU version isn't compatible with Photoshop 22.0. You should roll back to the previous version of Photoshop 21.2.4 and let us know if that helps.
