Completed a factory reset on the machine and fresh install. However I keep getting the error message:
"Could not complete your request because of a prgramme error."
PS will then crash shortly afterwards. This happens afer opening a file, creating a new file, using a tool bar, shortcut etc. I have tried uninstlling and reinstalling but no improvement.
