Hi,

I'm trying to exporting a UI animation for upload to Dribbble.com. The new guidelines say the size for JPG and GIFs is 1600x1200.

I'm trying to export a GIF of size 1600x1200 I created in Photoshop but it throws an error ("Unknown Error. Could not complete the action."). I tried to export using Save for Web.

I don't want to reduce the size of the GIF since it looks small on dribbble. I reduced the frame rate to 24fps. Does anyone have suggestions to solve this problem?

Hi There,

Sorry to hear about the unknown error while saving a gif. Have you tried closing and restarting Photoshop and then try saving the gif?

Let us know if it helps.
Regards,
Sahil
