(sorry if I have some mistakes since my PS is in Spanish) I can't work with the liquify effect with the face aware tool because I need more hardware. It says to check the option of "using a graphic processor". It has it active and detective, I have a AMD Radeon(TM) RX Vega 10 Graphics according to the program. The other options in the liquify effect work.

This is the notification, doesn't matter which photo or face angle I use, it doesn't work.

Did you just upgrade something like Photoshop or your Gpu software perhaps... If so then try going back and see if that clears the block

By going back you mean getting some older version?
