Hi. I never had Photoshop before. Now I tried a test version of CC 22.0 - Photoshop and It didn't work on my computer. Even though it said compatible with your device or so.
I already deleted the test version again and I read at another post that you can change the version or something like that but it wasn't possible with the test version. Does it work with the full version even if I never had a previouse PSD installed? If it doesn't work can I quit the subscription and get my money back?
The error you get is because your computer does not support SSE 4.2, this means that you will not be able to run the latest version of PS on your computer. See the following for more details

Now if you are using a trial version then you won't be able to download previous version of the app. However, if you purchase the subscription then you can download the two latest versions of the software, i.e., version 22 and 21 for PS. I hope this clears your confusion. For installing the previous version of the software see the following link

Also, you can cancel your subscription and get a refund subject to the rules mentioned in the following link

According to https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000064198, The AMD Phenom II series do not support SSE 4.1.This is a requirement for many current games as well as high end apps. SSE 4.2 first appeared in 2011. According to https://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K10/AMD-Phenom%20II%20X4%20955%20-%20HDX955WFK4DGM.html, your AMD Phenom II X4 995 was introduced in 2010, so while you may have built the system 2 years ago, you were using 10 year old technology.
More discussion (gaming specific, but relevant) on https://www.quora.com/Is-my-AMD-X4-955-good-for-gaming: "For some modern games, any AMD Phenom CPU is officially considered obsolete because some game engines have now started to require SSE4 instructions as minimum ISA support and unfortunately no AMD Phenom CPU has that in hardware. Therefore I would say, no, AMD Phenom CPU is not good for gaming anymore because generally you won't be able to even launch/run the game executable."
