Hi,

Hi,

OS: Windows 10 Home, 20H2
PS: 22.2.0

When I close Photoshop, the program closes nicely but after about 10 seconds an error message appears on the desktop:

An error has occured.
There was a problem with Adobe Photoshop and it needs to be closed.
An error report has been generated. Click send report to help us analyze the cause of the problem and find solutions.

Photoshop seems to be working normally. I have already reinstalled PS, without result.

Have you tried to reset the software preferences? have you checked for driver updates for your graphics card?

Hi,

I had already made a reset of the preferences. I've made a check for driver updates for my graphics card. I have the latest one.

Kind regards,

Hi, have you tried uninstalling the software using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool? This will also delete any corrupt files.

LATEST

Hi, Last week I found out that PS suddenly doesn't come up with an error every time it shuts down.
I have followed all the steps that must be performed before using the Creative Cloud Clearner tool.
After this the tool ran and the laptop rebooted.
PS reinstalled and checked. Unfortunately again the error message.
I had adjusted a few preferences, they were still there.
The following file has been uploaded on Adobe LogCollector Portal:
File: AdobeLogs_20210301_124733_255-win.zip
I've tried to run PS for the second time, no error message. Third time: the error message again.
