Error Message every time I try to do anything in photoshop. I try to zoom in to a photo using a short cut, error messages. I also get it when I try to do the same functions in the panels. Uninstalled, restarted computer. Same isuess.

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?

If you are running latest version then most likely your computer can not meet minimum requirements. Try to install previous version using CC desktop app https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html#:~:text=Scroll%20down%2....
