Error photoshop 22.2 Does not save and does not open new

I tried to uninstall and reinstall without saving preferences, but the it doesn`t works. I can´t save anything, doesn't open new images, does not open any dialog of saving or new document, i only can open documents. The workspace does not load automatically when open photoshop.

Sorry that Photoshop 22.2 cannot save or open new files.

Does the app loads fine but the workspace remains blank? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the Photoshop workspace? It would be helpful for us to have a visual reference of the issue, so that we can provide you a possible solution.
