Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computers operating system? Since when are you facing this issues? How & in which format are you facing the file?

You can try disabling the option to Use Graphics Prcoessor from Photoshop by going to the Preferences, then Performance. Once done, relaunch Photoshop & try to save another file to check if it helps.

You can aslo try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj

Photoshop 2019

Windonws 7 Ultimate

I already tried to disable the graphics processor, but to no avail

this warning appears when I try to save the image, I do what you ask but it’s no use

The current file format must be saved as a copy because:
* Does not save all layers of the document
