error while saving

i make a new document and insert per drag and drop a picture. Or I copy from another open Picture Photoshop a copy from that.

If I try to save the file, it says an error. but without a picture inside it works fine. 

What is the mistake?

ah its a problem with the new version, and i have to wait until fix
