Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computers operating system?

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj

Yes, you will lose customization if you reset prefererences. It's a best practice to save customization before you need it, though, otherwise you are at risk to lose them anyway. Back them up now, even if you don't reset preferences. In addition to these links, you can use the panel menu for each item to save action sets, styles, brushes, shapes, etc., so they can be loaded back in.

Try resetting your Workspace first from Window menu > Workspace > Reset to see if that works.
