Excessive Delay in Initial Start-up

I am running ver 22.3.1. During the app startup there is a 25 sec delay from the disappearance of the initial (white background) box and the appearance of the auto Home Screen. During this time the screen is frozen.

I have uninstalled and re-installed ver 22.3 with no difference. I have also disabled antivirus apps with no difference.

This is not happening on my other Adobe apps (Pr, Ae, Ai etc).

Could someone please throw some light on the matter. I would not mind the delay if it is legit.

Hi, the first thing is to check system requirements or if this is ok then it is a bug I suggest you use 2020 version for stable work...regards
