That's a relief. If you purchased a subscription you should be fine (but you would hardly believe what the scammers do sometimes).

So, if you do have a subscription, I'd agree with the advice: download Creative Cloud. On the other hand do you have a link to the file you downloaded, maybe someone can check out if it works for them.

You need to download the CC APP and then you install all your APPS - Photoshop, Dreamweaver, LightRoom etc etc from within that APP.  There is no exe file so where did you download from?  There are direct download links but I doubt if you have used them because the recommended method is to use the CC APP.

Also, there is no serial number to insert.  You only need your email address that recognises you have genuine user of Adobe products.

Good luck.

You say you purchased, not subscribed. Was this a one time purchase, supposedly to run forever? If so you have probably been scammed and infected with malware, as there is no genuine product to purchase. There are only subscriptions.

well you purchase a subscription, so you're still buying it with money. I wasn't scammed, well hopefully not since I got it through adobe and thatd be ridiculous. I don't think adobe purposely gave me malware when people probably download it daily. It's not the download
