EXPORT ACTIONS

My actions is not saved where they are supposed to (Adobe/Presets/Actions). I want to share an action with someone, but I can't find it anywhere. How can I find it / export it?

What operating system do you have and what Adobe applcation are you using, the default save location for Photoshop actions is

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Presets\Actions

In Photoshop actions have to be saved as sets

Okay, I forgot to mention I have a Mac. 

One of my sets seem to be in different Presets/Actions folders from different Photoshop editions. 
BUT - the one that I saved(in its own set) now and want to copy is not anywhere to find.... ????

Do you remember the name you gave that action? If you do do a search of your drive for it. Or search for .atn which is the file extension for PS actions.
