'Export as' does not work --> really strange things happen

Hey,

working with newest update 22.2.0 and out of nowhere I couldnt export anymore.

It just did not load after clicking on 'export as'. Sometimes it would open but if I clicked save it would never happen and an error message appeared. (Error 1 PS attach)

I tried to look for hidden plugins I have 0 installed except 1 for after effects which I deinstalled. 

I tried to get space on my harddisk. I resetting Photoshop preferences and deinstalled/installed it many times. 

The only thing that helped was to enable 'optimized export as' setting. I could export 3-4 pictures after that change. But after a day this too does not work anymore with an error message saying I'm not able to save in this folder (and any other folder -> Error 2 PS attach)

What is wrong?

I've just got an issue with "Export As" as well.
Today I updated my PS to version 22.2.0 and everthing worked fine, even "Export As". After some work done, I opened PS again, rotated my workspace, tried to export and it stoped working. I only get the error message displayed in the attached screenshot. Restarting PS, rebooting PC, reconnecting hard drive, Edit->Purge->All, temporarely disabling GPU acceleration ... nothing solved it.
I can, though, still do a Quick-Export.

Try this.

Edit\Preferences\Plugins

Tick the "Load Extension Panels" box.

Save, close and restart PS.

Issue seems to be resolved after updating to the newest version.
