Export As Panel Launch Lag

I think this has been mentioned before but it would seem Adobe has (as usual) ignored the issue entirely and instead released more novelty niche features...

Issue: Export As panel takes an unacceptable amount of time to launch. This can be anywhere from 10-20 seconds before displaying the content of the panel. I have texted this on a multitude of devices, operating systems, and photoshop versions since its introduction to the software. It has always been unbearable slow. 

Adobe, please... focus on making software that works consistently as you did before the days of "we'll just patch it". Because as we have all learned, you will never "just patch it". There are bugs listed in these forums from half a decade ago that still haven't been addressed. Do better.

To report bugs to Adobe you should use their site for that feedback.photoshop.com  This is a user forum site not Adobe support.
