Export doesn`t working

Hey, I`m trying to export my project and when I click the 'Export as' botton there`s no response. the export window doesn`t shows up. There`s someone who can help me with this?

Hi, this is odd as it should pop up even with no document open. What version PS are you using?

Sorry that you cannot export your using the "Export As" workflow from Photoshop.

Which version of Photoshop are you using and what is your compouter's OS?

Do you have the "Remote Connections" enabled in Preferences > Plug-ins? Do you use a VPN or any any anti-virus on your system?
