Export For Web (jpg e PNG) don't work

Hi, I realized that in Photoshop 21.1.1 I can't export images and save in JPG or PNG with Export> Save for Web.
I have this when I click on SAVE: Could not complete this operation. An unknown error has occurred.

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Also try manually removing the file »Adobe Save For Web 13.0 Prefs«

I've try both solutions but there is this error always...

I can't export images for web, I need this setting for work and I don't know what to do anymore

Just to make sure: When you removed »Adobe Save For Web 13.0 Prefs« from the user-library Preferences folder Photoshop was not open? 

You can install Photoshop CC 2019 and see if that is also afflicted.

Yes, I've closed all.

I have Photoshop 2020 and 2019, but both versions have the same error; error I started having after updates.
