zoomify website seems to be closed. Last change 2018.  
Software seems to be outdated.

export to zoomify does not work (Mac, 10.15.6. CC2020)
Why is Photoshop 2020 still providing zoomify export?

 Zoomify still working. 
You need to upload the exported file onto your Web-Server 🙂 
(I wish I could delete my initial posting)

Maybe PS should include an alert that the exported file which opens (by default automatically after export) in your web-browser can't work since browsers are blocking local dynamic loading.

In case you missed it, Zoomify export was removed recently. There's a discussion over at Photoshop Feedback explaining the removal of Zoomify Export.

 

I've mentioned it over there but will reiterate in here as well. There is a replacement script available for the Zoomify Export in Adobe Exchange. It's not free though but it works locally and on web server.
