Exported image is different from what is shown in photoshop

Hey, I'm editing some photos and after I save it and open it the final image looks differnt from what is shown in photoshop. How do I fix this?

You need to educate yourself about color management, what it means and how to use it. The short version is that you may have some custom monitor profile or such and are not correctly referencing it in PS' proof setup or some such thing. Anyway, no simple answer. Start by reading the online help on these matters.
