Bonjour . J'ai téléchargé et installé des modules externes ou extensions. Je ne sais pas ou les retrouver et comment les utiliser afin de m'en servir pour modifier une photo

Where did you get the extension/plugin from? If it is Adobe Exchange then look at the description page of the extension/plugin and it has a "Where To Find It" tab that details how to find it. Generally, extension are found at the following menu path Window > Extensions

If you still can't find it then contact the developer for help
