Falla con herramienta formas

Hola.

La herramienta de formas no me permite usarla, solo me sale como se ve en la foto.

No me deja ponerle relleno ni hacer ninguna otra cosa.

Sabe alguien como solucionarlo?

Sorry that the Shapes tool in Photoshop is not working as expected.

Do you mean that the app freezes when you tend to use the Shapes tool? 

Please share the version of Photoshop along with your computer's OS. Also, does the problem occurs while working on a specific file? 

To start with troubleshooting, try resetting the Photoshop preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
