File menu

File menu is black but when I scroll over the drop downs do show. Looks like there is some sort of glitch on the right on top of where layer box is because it all looks jumbled. I tried uninstalling and installing, even went back to previous versions. Not sure whats going on. Any help?

Could you please post a screen shot so we can see exactly what you are seeing.

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop Preferences?
