File size increase issue

hi, photoshop is increasing size of all my files to 2 gb. my file size is very small in actual its 1920x522 pixels with 150 DPI. And there are very few layers. It shouldn't be more that 300 MB. Please help. i am using photoshop latest version of 2021

Sounds like you have metadata bloat. See this link:

Save the script as a plain text files with the extension .jsx and place in the Photoshop subfolder: Presets\Scripts. Restart PS, and it will appear in the main menu: File>Scripts. Open the problem file and run the script.
