Filed Blur + noise has a harsh cut off!

Hey Adobe!

I have a problem with ur noise generator from Field blur. Near the centre of the blur there is no noise! I just get bad cutoff! :- ((

The 4 dots are asymmetric as I had to adjust the blur centre slightly differently. 

Can you guys fix it this decade maybe? I like the feel/control you guys give me but this centre no-noise area is bananas!

This is a user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.

If you can reproduce the issue reliably you can post a Feature Request or Bug (edit: sorry, typo) Report over on Adobe Photoshop Family
