Hi there,
Sorry that Photoshop stops responding while trying to zoom into documents of any file-format.
Which version of Photoshop are you using and what is your computer's operating system?
Are these files saved on an external drive or any other external storage? What happens if you create a new file save it to the same location and then reopen it to zoom-in?
Would you mind deselecting the option "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
Thanks,
Akash

Version 22.0.1
Latest Windows 10
It happpens with all files no matter where they are stored. It's not just zooming, it doesn't let me do anything to the file unless I close it and re open. It's all files, I am not gonna save new files again to try it. I can make it work simply by "creating new document" button but eventually it will fail too. Sometimes I can come back to PS and all the files will not work and I have to close.
I turned of graphics processor but ideally I want it on.
