filter galery is not available - why?

Hi, I need help! 

I was using PS filter galery to retouche photos. I didnt change anything and in the same time I couldent use filter. I dont know what happend.

Hi

The Filter Gallery is not available in 16 bits/channel mode you need to change it to 8 bits/channel

Thank you for help:tulip: You right, when I use 8 bit filter is ok, but I have
new problem, because I remove Photoshop and installed new version and I
cant use old filters now. New filters are different than last version and
how can I instal previouse version?

Hi Monika

Which previous version did you have installed, 2 versions are available from the Creative Cloud, version 22.2 which is 2021 and version 21.2.5 which is 2020, you can have more than one version installed
