flames, smoke, steam in motion graphics

where can I find a flame in motion, also steam in motion, also smoke in motion?  I used these graphics in the last slide show that I did, and now I can't find them.  Help  Where are they?

I finally found these motion graphics.  They were in Adobe Premier Elements not Photoshop.

Hi

You can add a flame to a path from the Filter menu, but the others are not part of Photoshop. Did you purchase them from Adobe Stock or another stock service?
