Hi, I installed photoshop a few days ago and it worked fine. Today when I loged in I got a flashing blank window that I can´t stop. Tried on another computer and I get the same result. I am working on a project for my university class which is supposed to be done in 2 days so I really need support ASAP.
I found this thread with a variety of suggestions. It looks like going to Preferences > General and selecting Use Legacy "New Document" Interface worked for some folks.
If that doesn't help, because you mentioned you're at a university, you might also be able to reach out to your campus IT support for help.
