Since upgrading to Big Spur Im have issues with flickering on tools such as transom tool, Warp tool and others, not to mention finding a human to communicate has been impossible, happy to take my money for my subscription but not there to help just not good enough.
Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
