Flypaper textures no longer working

In previous versions of PS, I managed through a series of install/uninstall I was able to user Taster paper textures. In PS2021, I get the plug-ins panel, but can't use flypaper. Extensions (legacy) doesn't show it either. 

Is there a definitive answer for using or replacing these extensions with the current version of Photoshop?
