I've created a Design in Photoshop on my iPad and used a Text with the font American Typewirter Semibold. When I open this PSD on my Laptop, American Typewirter Semibold ist marked as unknown. I didn't found it in the Adobe Font Library.

Are there differences between Fonts in iPad and on the PC?

Hi

Here is the list of pre-installed fonts for Catalina and iOS13. American Typewriter is installed on both.

https://developer.apple.com/fonts/system-fonts/

"Are there differences between Fonts in iPad and on the PC?"

Fonts are installed on a computer, and may vary even from one PC to another. The exception is Adobe Fonts, which are available from Creative Cloud.

I've just checked and it is not installed as standard on my desktop installation and searching for it in Adobe Fonts does not show anything either, the closest being ITC American Typewriter. It sounds like it may be an old font, no longer available, or you may have sourced it outside of Adobe?

Either way it does not look like a difference between Desktop and iPad is the issue

I've used the standard Fonts from Adobe Fresco on my iPad. There are several other Fonts which not match.

Jane - thanks for stepping in , I was about to tag you.

It explains why it does not appear on my Windows system - it being a font installed by Apple rather than by Adobe
