Format And Outline in Photoshop

Does anyone have a resource or best knowledge to create message/threads in Photoshop. For example I want to show a Slack Conversation but I am not sure on how to create this slack thread in photoshop. Does anyone have any suggestions/feedbacks on how to do this

Maybe I'm missing something but Photoshop is primarily a static graphics editor.  I'm not sure you're using the right tool for your intended purpose.

So I wouldn't be able to make threads in photoshop? I believe I seen some done before just never did it before
