I'm having issues with these two programs dropping frames or making my screen kind of subtly flash and become choppy whenever I hover my mouse outside of an artboard. I have tried many different troubleshooting options like updating my graphics drivers, changing some settings, etc and nothing has solved the issue.
I sometimes have this issue right around the time a new major update is released for these programs, and I can't remember if I solved it on my own or it solved itself last time, so I'm coming here to see if I can find a solution that I have yet to find. Its extremely distracting and irritating to deal with, as it often is bad enough to where I have to wait for the choppiness to die down (5-15 seconds of hovering outside the artboards) before I can use my mouse properly.
