Frame issue around jpg thumbnails

In the past I worked with an older version of photoshop in combination with macos Mojave. I made frequent use of a skill, whereby in the finder, around an unedited jpg thumbnail, a frame was visible, which disappeared after editing in Photoshop. After update to macos Big Sur and Photoshop 2021, this frame will remain permanently. Does anyone know if this can be fixed in Photoshop, or should I look for the solution in Big Sur? Sorry for my bad english!

Did you also change your MacOS together with Photoshop CC2021? Try to force/rebuild the Finder-Icons to solve your problem…
