Fullscreen mode - screnn glitches

When working in fullscreen-mode with the brusch-tool (colorpicking, painting, etc.) the screen glitches. For instance: earlier versions of the project, unintended zoom, flickering, etc. For me, this problem has existet scince the last update v.22.11. In terms of the high price tag, that's pretty ridiculous.Especially since you have to rely on fullscreen mode under Windows in order not to constantly jump into the menu. Need a fix asap. Its literally unusable.

It is not normal and I don't see those problems on a Windows system here. You have not given any system details so it is hard to help you but...

Is your GPU driver up to date and , if  your GPU is NVIdia, are you using the Studio drivers (as opposed to the game drivers)?

If you have a GSync monitor, you may want to try the option in this thread to disable GSync for Photoshop.
