Get slow

I am using Photoshop CS6 on i5 10gen

It work too slow to process for move and drag and drop. Pls give the solution

I am using

Window 10 home

I5 10 gen

4 gb Ram

1tb rom

Museum software like CS6 may not work well on current systems. Current version is Creative Cloud. 
Warning: if you want to try a trial of CC, be SURE you have the disks and serial for CS6 safe, as you WILL need to reinstall if you end the trial or later finish a subscription.
