Hi,

Since the last update I'm not able to use my photoshop anymore. I'm on 22.1.1, German Edition. When openeing JPGs it says "Der Vorgang kann nicht ausgeführt werden, weil ein Programfehler aufgetreten ist" - the english equivalent is "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

I can open RAW files, but once I want to import them as JPGs I get teh above mentioned error. When I try to close photoshop I get the same error.

I have deinstalled the lastest version and then reinstalled it - same issue persists.

Any idea where the error might be? And yes, I did restart my Windows - and yes it is a PC with more then enough horsepower.

Hi Nikunj

Thank you for your answer. So far falling back to the previous version was the only solution. Obviously the new version can't detect or work with my nvidia RTX Geforce 2060.

Hope there will be a solution in future updates.
