Graphic Card question

Hi all! I'm looking to upgrade my PC and I am on a budget sadly. I found a Dell laptop with 16GB Ram (2*8gb rams), 512ssd and a NVIDIA GeForce MX330 2GB GDDR5 graphics card. 

Does this suffice for Lightroom and Photoshop? TIA!

But just to be safe, it is always best to consult the link I have attached to you first.
