Using latest Version 22.3.1 it doesnt let me use my graphics card. I am running an AMD Ryzen 9 3900 with a 32GB of RAM and an 8GB AMD RX 5700 XT graphics card.

When I did an update to the drivers photoshop recognised them and let me used them. When I restarted the computer it refered back to not recognising the graphics card and had its options in performance greyed out.

Any help would be greatfully accepted.

Try rolling back to 22.3

There has been many reports of 22.3.1 not recognizing some GPUs and it is being worked on.
