Green or Purple patches in HDR ACR

Hi,

I've just started using HDR in Photoshop with Adobe Camera Raw.  Often once the images have been combined and I go into 32 bit ACR, green or purple patches appear on parts of the image.

Can't figure out what they are or how to fix them.

I'm attaching an example.
