hand tool does not work properly in new version of PS 2021 with mojave or catalina.

hand tool does not work properly in new version of PS 2021 with mojave or catalina. It should revert back from a zoomed in image with a double click on the image with the hand tool, instead you must go to the tools panel and click on the hand tool to have that action occur. Please correct in next version.
