Having trouble signing in to Photoshop

I've been using Photoshop and After Effects for 6 month and I am unable to sign in to both. Is there a reset after 6 months of use - even though I am paying month by month?

It might be worth uninstalling these apps, using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app and reinstalling Photoshop and After Effects again.

If you have a problem uninstalling them use the Adobe Cleaner Tool:

Yes, I find I have to reset my Photoshop and InDesign preferences a couple of times a year and recently I had to do a major reinstall when I had so many old copies of Adobe products they were causing conflicts.

no recollection until I gave them my email. Hopefully I can get this
