Healing Brush Tool not working in PS 21.0.1

HELLO,

Since the upgrade, I cannot get my "vanishing point" filter to work. It will not let me click and drag to the position I am wanting to heal.  When it finally does something, it will drag that area to another place, after a few seconds.  So it does not let me click and drag and see what I'm dragging at the same time. In the attached screen shot you will see where it put the area I was trying to heal.
