Both my clone tool and healing brush are not working. When i select/alt to pick my sample area it collets the entire layer! brush size is correct etc and even happens when only back ground layer present! was happening before i ran the update and after the update. Have uninstalled and reintalled PS but still doing it! Someone please help!
Please provide some system details (OS and Graphics ) Can you also post a screenshot or small screen recording to show this problem? That will provide the community with some basics to help you solve this problem.
