Help Photoshop crashing

Ok so for the last 2 weeks i always seem to be half way through creating a composite when all of a sudden PS just shuts down.... i loose everything and its incredibly frustrating to say the least.... tried the "virtual assistant" but he must be on holiday somewhere because they never seem to be there.... can anyone offer any solution to this problem?

Sorry that Photoshop is crashing while creating a composite. Which version of Photoshop are you using and when exactly is it crashing? A good starting point to troubleshoot is to checkout the basic steps mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/kb/basic-troubleshooting.html
