Hello

I have problems with the Photoshop program.
When I open the program to use it, it opens normally but since it opens it remains frozen
and does not allow me to execute any action and to be able to exit I have to use forced closure. I tried to open it with a file and the same thing happens, it opens the program and
I can see the file as I left it but the program is frozen and I cannot use it.
It only happens to me with the Photoshop program, the other programs run correctly Does anyone know what happens? Use windows by the way

Hi, sorry about that

1st: Reset the preferences, here the instructions

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

2nd: Go to the creative cloud app and click on the 3 dots next to Photoshop app to see more options and select other versions

you can install a previous version of Photoshop and maybe that will work, sometimes there are bugs and you have to update the system

Let me know if that works
