Help! PS Prefrences reverted to Default

Hello, I hope someone can help.  After updating to PS 22.1, I was getting too annoyed with the brush size overlay not working anymore.  So after reading through some forums, it was suggested to roll the update back to 22.0.  When I did this, all of my PS settings reverted back to default (work space, keybaord short cuts, actions, other prefrences).  In a panic I updated back to 22.1 in hopes that it would find those files and recover them, it didn't.

I have tried seaching back through my app data folders to find any kind of remniant of my actions with no luck.  Can anyone suggest any ideas?

Thank you!

Well for anyone who is reading this in the future, I was somewhat able to recover what I needed.  I went back into the prefrences folder and found the Photoshop 2020 version files and copy replaced them into Photoshop 2021.  Luckily I didn't update to 21 until about 2 weeks ago so almost everything I needed was there
