Hi, there are a number of issues such as lighting etc but for now concentrate on the reflection (as it is is unrealistic) and the edge is not refined well enough. If the cutout is good you can also try manually blurring the edges into the BG. Use liquify to make the reflection meet correctly and if thats too hard then paint in light and shadows instead of reflecting the man.
