hi there, the light function is not really working in this new version 

plz fix this problem, it always show the function need 3D and can't see the light posision....

my RAM just used 11% but it shows the RAM is not enough ......

There has been many changes between 22.3 and 22.4 and some graphics cards are having problems working correctly.

You check this guide to be sure you have the lastest GPU drivers and best  settings.

You can try going to Preferences > Technology Previews and checkmark "Disable native canvas", and restart Photoshop.

If that does not work, uninstall Photoshop (keep your settings), and install the earlier version that worked.
